Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Authorization: You must complete the form below to receive an RMA number before shipping your return.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after inspection.
Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items): For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items if the packaging has been opened:

- Groin Guards & Protective Cups
- Compression Undergarments
- Hand Wraps (if unrolled or used)
