Prajanchai Pongsuphan PK and Aliff Sor Dechapan are scheduled to meet on December 18, 2026, at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok. Prajanchai holds ONE’s strawweight Muay Thai world title; Aliff holds the interim belt. Their five-round bout will unify the championship.

Aliff earned his opportunity after defeating Ramadan Ondash in December 2025. When Prajanchai was sidelined by an injury that required surgery, Aliff kept fighting. In July 2026, he stopped Thai legend Sam-A Gaiyanghadao in the fifth round to win the interim title and become the first Malaysian to capture a ONE world championship.

Prajanchai returned to competition in October, losing a close split decision to Wang Junguang under kickboxing rules. His Muay Thai title remained his, and the December fight gives him the chance to reestablish his place at the top of the division.

Their styles make the matchup compelling. Prajanchai uses his teep, timing and reading of an opponent to control distance. Aliff has the reach to fight from range and a powerful left kick. The question is who can impose that distance when they finally share the ring.

On December 18, the wait for one undisputed strawweight Muay Thai champion is set to end.
